<p style="text-align: justify;">Seguramente todas hemos oído hablar de la <strong>brecha digital</strong>. Esta expresión hace referencia a la desigualdad en el acceso o en el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) entre los distintos grupos sociales. Estos grupos se suelen determinar en base a criterios económicos, geográficos, de género, de edad o culturales.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Hay una brecha que se produce en el acceso a las tecnologías, que viene determinado por una falta de medios (ordenador, smartphone, acceso a internet) y otra brecha que se produce por la dificultad del manejo de esas tecnologías. Es fácil deducir que esta situación afecta mayoritariamente a mujeres precarias y de cierta edad, en las que confluyen ambas brechas: no disponen de medios suficientes y no tienen la formación para acceder a contenidos que se ponen a disposición de la ciudadanía.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Hace pocos días se ha anunciado una ayuda de 200 euros que se pone a disposición de personas precarias. Esta subvención se concedería de forma única (sólo una vez) a personas con ingresos brutos anuales inferiores a 27.000 euros. La subvención sólo puede gestionarse online y el plazo para solicitarla termina el 31 de Marzo.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Desde CGT queremos denunciar que Hacienda no habilite la ayuda presencial para realizar esta gestión. La ayuda que se pretende para personas sin ingresos, mayormente mujeres, se establece de tal forma que miles de ellas no podrán solicitarla debido a esta brecha digital.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Es por eso que, <strong>desde la CGT hemos decidido habilitar unos días para ayudar a estas mujeres en la gestión, a fin de que puedan solicitarla.</strong> La gestión no es sencilla. Para empezar, hay que darse de alta en el sistema clave de Hacienda y tener así un usuario con el que operar. Quien quiera solicitar la ayuda, debe primero darse de alta en el sistema clave a través de esta página:</p>
