(Miguel Delibes – El Principe Destronado)</span><i><span style='font-size:10.0pt;line-height:106%;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p></o:p></span></i></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;text-align:justify;text-autospace:ideograph-other'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Ante la petición de dimisión formulada por el Secretariado Permanente (en adelante SP) del Sindicato de Transportes y Comunicaciones de Madrid hacia nuestro Secretario de Formación queremos precisar lo siguiente:<o:p></o:p></span></p><ul type=disc><li class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;text-align:justify;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1;text-autospace:ideograph-other'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Desde que en los últimos meses de 2020 se produjo la dimisión de las personas que pertenecientes al Sindicato de Transportes y Comunicaciones de Madrid ocupaban los cargos de S. General, Comunicación, A. Social y Salud Laboral en el SP del Comité Territorial, se han venido produciendo desencuentros e incidentes (con mayor y/o menor intensidad) provocados por miembros del SP del Sindicato de Transportes y Comunicaciones de Madrid, que dificultan notablemente el trabajo de este SP. Aunque desconocemos cuales son los últimos fines de esta actitud, podemos intuir que en este caso, gira en torno al mismo asunto que se encuentra pendiente de resolver desde esas fechas y tenemos claro, que con su actitud en nada se favorece el buen funcionamiento de la Confederación Territorial y por ende de la CGT.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;text-align:justify;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1;text-autospace:ideograph-other'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>En el trascurso de la última reunión plenaria ordinaria del Comité Territorial celebrada el pasado 14 de julio, cuando el Secretario General, en su turno de palabra, estaba hablando sobre la necesidad de retomar el pleno extraordinario que fue convocado para el pasado mes de diciembre de 2021, en el que aparte de cubrir las secretarías vacantes en el SP, habrá que resolver lo concerniente a la resolución, que con carácter cautelar, se tomó contra el afiliado del Sindicato de Transportes y Comunicaciones Santiago Alonso, Jennifer Oya (S. de Mujer del S. de Transportes), interrumpió al S. General al grito de “SINVERGÜENZAS, QUERÉIS ARRUINARLE LA VIDA”, continuando ambas representantes del S. de Transportes, con sus improperios hacia otras personas que participaban en la reunión, entre los que estuvieron el secretario de formación que también fue objeto de sus gritos cuando pretendía abandonar la sala, sin que éste se dirigiera a ellas en los términos que se expresan en su escrito.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;text-align:justify;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1;text-autospace:ideograph-other'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Este Secretariado Permanente quiere desmentir todas y cada una de las falsas acusaciones que se vierten en el escrito del SP del Sindicato de Transportes de Madrid contra los miembros del SP del Comité Territorial.
